8. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload — event descriptions, artwork, vendor photos, logos. You give us permission to host and display it for the purpose of running the platform and promoting the events it carries.

These terms govern your use of Haflad, operated by Midtrace. By creating an account, buying a ticket, or listing an event, you agree to them.
You need an account to buy tickets, host events, or apply as a vendor. Keep your login details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other people at risk.
Haflad is the platform. The organizer running an event is the one selling you the ticket, admitting you on the day, and setting the rules for that event.
Ticket prices are set by the organizer. A service fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; Haflad never stores your full card details.
A ticket is a licence to attend, not a transferable asset. Reselling above face value, or reselling at all where the organizer forbids it, may void the ticket.
Each organizer sets their own refund policy, and it is shown on the event page before you buy. Refund requests go to the organizer in the first instance, and we will help put you in touch.
If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for refunding ticket holders. Where funds have not yet been paid out, we will assist in returning them. Service fees may be non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Applying for a booth is not a guarantee of a place. An organizer may approve, decline, or later withdraw an approval, and will tell you when they do. Where a booth fee has been paid and the spot is withdrawn, the refund is between you and the organizer.
Organizers may contact approved and applying vendors by email and text about their application, payment, and the event itself.
We send transactional messages — order confirmations, tickets, reminders, and vendor updates — by email and, where you have given a mobile number, by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop receiving them; you will still get the emails needed to deliver what you bought.

The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise an event will meet your expectations, go ahead, or that a vendor or organizer will honour an arrangement made through it.
To the extent the law allows, Midtrace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned on the transaction it relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Haflad after that means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Questions go to Support@haflad.com.
