Where are my tickets?
They're emailed the moment your payment clears, and you can always find them under Tickets in your dashboard. Check your spam folder before writing in.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms are set by each organizer and shown on the event page before you pay. Message us with your order number and we'll put you in touch.
How do I list my event?
Create an organizer account, then use Create Event from your dashboard. You can publish in a few minutes and start selling straight away.
How do I become a vendor?
Organizers invite vendors or open an application form for their event. Apply through the link they share and you'll hear back once they review it.
